ISD Library holds an excellent collection of NHS Scotland circulars, dating from 1948. We also maintain the Scottish Government Health and Social Care Directorates' publications database on SHOW (Scottish Health on the Web), and publish individual circulars on SHOW.
MELs (Management Executive Letters) were continued by the HDL series (Health Department Letters) in August 2000. The HDL series was continued by the CEL series (Chief Executive Letters) in June 2007.
