The arrangements for general and senior managers´ pay were set out in MEL(1993)114 and subsequent circulars, most recently MEL(1999)69 of 14 September 1999. These are all now closed.
Staff transferring under the new arrangements set out in this circular will be given protection under the organisational change policy document MEL(1999)7, which was extended on 28th April 2000 by NHS MEL(2000)22. |
