Workforce Development: The National Unit

The National Workforce Unit co-ordinates work at a national level and oversees the work programme set out in Working for Health.

The unit is responsible for supporting the National Workforce Committee, which sets strategic direction and monitors progress.

The Unit comprises a mix of career civil servants and secondees with health service experience, and currently includes:
