The Scottish Partnership Forum has established the Partnership Information Network (PIN) Board.

The remit of the PIN Board is to prepare modern guidance on issues relating to people management in the NHS in Scotland. Guidance will take the form of PIN Guidelines which will be thoroughly researched and prepared on partnership basis with the trade unions. They will support the delivery of the HR Strategy and form a solid foundation on which to build local people management strategies.
