Welcome to the homepage of the Scottish Partnership Forum website. 

The NHS in Scotland has established an employee relations framework which is based on partnership. Including staff and their trade unions in the processes of formulating, consulting, implementing and evaluating issues related to the provision of healthcare. The basic tenet of partnership is that all staff have the right to be fully informed and consulted at the earliest possible stage, in matters relating to their working life.

The Scottish Partnership Forum (SPF) was established to advise on the implementation of partnership values across the NHS in Scotland. It consists of representatives from the Service, Trade Unions and the Management Executive.
