Hybrid Projects
	In certain cases, e.g. a project which involves substantial alterations, such as the rebuilding of existing premises, it may be possible that the project is "hybrid" and is likely to qualify for both cost rent and improvement grant funding, regardless of whether there is to be an extension or a significant reconfiguration of the existing accommodation.
