Welcome to our Family Health Nursing in Scotland website.

During the initial 2 year WHO Europe multi-national study (Phase 1), 4 NHS Board sites were set up within Orkney, Western Isles, Highland, and Argyll & Clyde. 31 students successfully completed their specialist practitioner qualification in Family Health Nursing at StirlingUniversity.

We are now undertaking Phase 2 of the project which sees us consolidating Family Health Nursing in existing sites and the setting up of a new urban pilot in NHS Greater Glasgow.

We are looking for your participation in this website! This can be done through the suggestions box, or contributions to the sharing practice section.
