The NHS Scotland Capital Accounting Manual (CAM) replaces the CAM that was last issued in December 2013. It is intended to complement the Financial Reporting Manual (FReM) issued by HM Treasury and the Scottish Capital Investment Manual (SCIM).It is issued with immediate effect and supersedes CEL 14(2011).
