Description
This letter advises NHS Boards of the introduction of visit reason codes that are to be input in the Remarks section of Part 3 (E) of a GOS1 form when carrying out a domiciliary visit. It also provides a reminder of those tests, procedures and examinations that are outwith General Ophthalmic Services.
