Description

This circular provides information about revised rates of Free Personal Care and Nursing Care Payments to self funders in care homes. The above regulations amend regulation 2 of the Community Care (Personal Care and Nursing Care) (Scotland) Regulations 2002 so as to increase the payment rates as from 1 April 2012.
